  1. Please be respectful of the neighbor and do not create a noise disturbance.  

  2. Guests may have outdoor campfires, but please do not play loud music. Please wrap up outdoor activities by 10:30.

  3. Please clean up at the end of your stay.  All food should be removed from the refrigerators.  All garbage and recyclables should be in appropriate receptacles when you check out.  Please start the dishwasher and have all other dishes cleaned when leaving.  We appreciate you leaving the property in the condition you found it at check-in.  A check-out checklist is provided.

  4. The Lodging Area, Craft Room and Multipurpose Room are all smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor smoking area.  

  5. No pets are allowed on property.

  6. All guests are responsible for any excess damage/loss/mess of the property, house, crafting room, multi purpose room, and their contents.  If items are found to be missing or damaged, or extra housekeeping/cleaning is necessary after your group's check-out; an invoice for cleaning, repair, or replacement will be sent to the person who booked; due upon receipt.

  7. When renting the facility, please make sure your group is only using the rooms that are rented (i.e. if you are renting the facility for crafting you are only allowed to use the Craft Room and not the Multipurpose Room and vise versa).


  1. A deposit invoice is included in your Rental Agreement.  This deposit must be paid by credit card (with a 4% fee being applied), check, Venmo or PayPal account.  This rental agreement signed, scanned and emailed back within 14 days of issue to lock in your dates.    

  2. For weekend rental of the Lodging Area and Crafting Room or Multipurpose Room, a deposit of $300 and signed rental agreement is due within 14 days.

  3. For weekday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) rental of the Craft Room or Multipurpose Room, the full payment of $100 and signed rental agreement is due within 14 days.

  4. For weeknight (6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) rental of the Crafting Room or Multipurpose Room, the full payment of $35 and signed rental agreement is due within 14 days. 

  5. If your rental agreement and deposit are not received after 14 days, another group may reserve your dates.

  6. The balance is due and must be received 90 days prior to your check-in date.  Please make sure to designate a single person to act as a point of contact for your group reservation and to handle all payments.   We cannot accept individual payments from each member of your party.  When sending in the balance, please return the Registration of Guests (WI state law required). 

  7. Cornerstone Crossing is rented as a complete venue.  

Cancellation Policy

  1. Your Reservation may be rescheduled if the request is made 90 days prior to the Rental Period start date. (Your deposit would be carried over to secure the new date.)

  2. Rescheduled arrival date must be within six months of original arrival date dependent upon calendar availability.

  3. If the Rental Agreement is canceled more than 120 days before the Rental Period start date, the entire deposit will be returned.

  4. If the Rental Agreement is canceled between 31-89 days before the Rental Period start date, the Renter will forfeit the deposit.

  5. If the Rental Agreement is canceled within 30 days of the first day of the Rental Period, the Renter will be responsible for payment of the full rate as outlined in your Rental Agreement (in the Total Rent Due).

  7. Management reserves the right to cancel this agreement in the event of an emergency or unforeseen event.  In the event of Management cancellation, payment will be refunded in full.
